Recording Problems
My recording didn’t save
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Check that the app has microphone permissions
- Try closing and reopening the app
Transcription is taking too long
- Longer recordings take more time to process
- Check your internet connection
- Transcription typically completes within a few minutes
The transcript has errors
- You can edit transcripts directly in the app
- Clear audio in quiet environments produces better results
- Speaking clearly and at a moderate pace helps accuracy
Account Issues
I forgot my password
- Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen
- Check your spam folder for the reset email
I can’t join a circle
- Make sure you have the correct invite code
- Codes are case-sensitive
- Contact the circle owner if the code isn’t working
I want to delete my account
- Email privacy@rekora.app with your request
- We’ll verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days
